Queue monitoring covers open load, unassigned work, and deadline breaches, making the product particularly relevant to teams that manage response commitments.
Pricing is organized by workspace. The Free Trial lasts 10 days and includes up to 5 seats, 2 teams, WhatsApp and Messenger, 500 conversations per month, and 10-day history.
