Our verdict on ManyRequests

ManyRequests is a client portal and agency operations platform for design, marketing, development, video, and other service businesses. It brings branded client spaces together with conditional request forms, project and status tracking, file sharing, billing, subscriptions, time tracking, CRM, reporting, messaging, permissions, and embedded external tools. It is best suited to agencies that want client communication, delivery workflows, and commercial administration in one workspace rather than a portal focused only on file exchange or support requests.

Pricing is tiered around increasing operational depth. Core costs $39 per month when billed annually and includes a client portal, time tracking, requests, billing, CRM, and reporting. Pro costs $79 per month when billed annually and adds Slack integration, custom email notifications, additional integrations, webhooks, and workload management. Enterprise costs $1,000 per month and adds API access, a branded mobile app, concierge onboarding, and custom price per seat. A 14-day free trial is available, while the product does not offer a free plan.

The platform’s strongest fit is its breadth for service operations: client-side teams, permissions, service catalogs, invoices, subscriptions, timesheets, client notes, tags, custom properties, and reporting cover both delivery and account management. Its listed integrations are Zapier, Slack, Rewardful, Stripe, and webhooks, with additional integration access on Pro. That ecosystem is practical for common workflows, but businesses needing a wider native integration catalog may prefer a broader alternative. ManyRequests makes sense for service teams consolidating portals and billing; teams needing a non-web client experience or extensive integrations should look elsewhere.
