ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus is a mobile device management platform for enterprise IT teams managing corporate-owned, personally owned, rugged, shared, and kiosk devices. It covers device enrollment and lifecycle management, application distribution, configuration profiles, restrictions, remote lock and wipe commands, security and compliance controls, content distribution, corporate email management, containerization, inventory, auditing, and reporting. The product supports cloud and on-premises deployment across Android, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, Chrome OS, and tvOS scenarios.
Pricing offers a clear progression from basic management to broader control. The Free plan includes mobile device management, app distribution, and configuration management, with a 25-device free edition. Standard Cloud costs $1.28 per device per month and adds restriction management, Kiosk Mode, and geotracking. Professional Cloud costs $2.38 per device per month and adds content management, custom configurations, app and OS update policies, conditional access policies, and remote control. On-premises plans are billed annually: Standard On-Premises costs $9.90 per device per year, while Professional On-Premises costs $17.90 per device per year. A 30-day unlimited-device trial is also available.
Its ecosystem fit is a major consideration for teams with mixed device fleets or established identity and service-management systems. Integrations include Apple Business Manager, Android Zero Touch, Samsung Knox, Windows Autopilot, Google Play, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Zoho Directory, ServiceNow, Zendesk, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, and Zoho CRM. Enrollment options include self enrollment, bulk enrollment, QR code or EMM token, automated device enrollment, Apple Configurator, Windows Autopilot, and other platform-specific methods. Choose it for broad lifecycle management, BYOD support, kiosk deployments, and flexible hosting; organizations needing only a narrow device-control tool may not need its wider feature set.
