ManageEngine Analytics Plus is a business intelligence and analytics platform for IT teams, managers, business leaders, data analysts, and citizen data scientists. It brings together data from IT management applications, business applications, files, feeds, databases, and cloud drives, then turns it into reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, and advanced analyses. Cloud and installable on-premises deployment support different operating environments, while web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and API access extend how teams work with the platform.

The pricing structure combines a free Personal plan with paid Professional tiers. Personal supports one user, up to 10,000 rows, and five workspaces. The published cloud plans show Professional at $249 per month or $2,388 per year for two users and three viewers, $415 per month or $3,948 per year for five users and 10 viewers, and $670 per month or $6,348 per year for 10 users and 20 viewers. A further Professional tier lists $1,050 per month for 20 users and 30 viewers. Paid plans raise capacity to 10 million rows and add more user and viewer seats. A 15-day free trial is also available.

Analytics Plus is particularly well suited to organizations already working with ManageEngine or Zoho products. Integrations include ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, Applications Manager, Endpoint Central, Zoho CRM, ServiceNow, Jira Software, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Data blending, scheduled imports, hourly synchronization, scheduled email delivery, embedded dashboards, row-level security, anomaly detection, forecasting, root-cause analysis, and Ask Zia natural-language analytics give it a wide operational analytics scope. Choose it when IT and business data need to share one reporting environment; teams wanting a single-user, small-scale tool or an open-source deployment should look elsewhere.
