Maintenance Connection is a computerized maintenance management system for maintenance, facilities and operations teams. It brings together work order creation, assignment and tracking; preventive maintenance based on time, usage or condition; asset and equipment histories; inspection checklists; inventory and automated reordering; vendor details; service requests; and reporting. Its coverage suits enterprise facilities teams managing single-site or multi-site operations, especially where cloud, on-premises, mobile and API options need to coexist.

The published plans show a Professional tier at $110 per user per month when billed monthly, or $1,325 per user per year when billed annually. Professional includes unlimited work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory management, EAM-level reporting and single-site to multi-site scalability. The Mobile Add-on costs $58 per user per month or $700 per user per year, adding barcode and QR scanning, document access, images, signatures, and mobile parts and inventory management. Enterprise adds multi-site capabilities, reporting and dashboards, inventory, financial and purchasing functions, plus native EDMS and IoT integration. The Professional plan requires a minimum of three users, while Enterprise requires five users, and the contract has a one-year minimum.

Deployment and ecosystem fit are central strengths. Maintenance Connection supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, REST Web API, self-hosting, and cloud or on-premises deployment. Listed integrations include Aptean, Infor XA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Sage, Accruent RedEye, Accruent Meridian, Accruent Observe and Esri. That combination makes it a strong candidate for organizations with established enterprise systems, formal maintenance processes and varied deployment requirements. Smaller teams, buyers seeking a free plan, or organizations that need mobile functionality included in the base subscription should consider a narrower or lower-cost alternative.
