MailUp is an online email and SMS marketing platform for small, medium-sized, and large enterprises. It supports campaign creation through a drag-and-drop editor, automated workflows, audience segmentation, landing pages, email A/B testing, campaign statistics, and recipient-level reporting. Its plans provide unlimited recipients and unlimited email sendings, making it a fit for established organizations with ongoing, high-volume communication needs.

Pricing is structured across four tiers, all based on annual billing where a price is shown. Starter costs €48 per month and includes three automated workflows, a landing-page editor, and email A/B testing. Plus costs €113 per month, adds up to 100 automated workflows, 10 environments, and phone support. Premium costs €310 per month and adds a 3,000-emails-per-hour starting speed, premium AI features, and priority support. Enterprise uses a customized plan and supports up to 5 million emails per hour. A free trial is also advertised.

MailUp’s platform fit is broad for organizations connecting marketing activity with other systems. It offers REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, and transactional email delivery through SMTP+. Listed integrations include Zoho CRM, Magento 2, Gravity Forms, Beefree, LeadsBridge, Cyclr, and TeamSystem applications, while Convos supports WhatsApp Business connections. MailUp should suit teams that value unlimited sending, automation, segmentation, and integration options more than low entry cost. Smaller teams seeking a free plan or a lower initial commitment should look elsewhere.
