Our verdict on Mailpro

Mailpro is a web-based email and SMS marketing platform from Maxony, designed for businesses, agencies and organizations. For nonprofit teams, it combines newsletter creation, contact management, unsubscribe handling, audience segmentation, automated workflows, autoresponders, campaign reporting and A/B testing. It also offers forms, surveys, SMS campaigns, SMTP relay and email API access, making it suitable for teams that need more than newsletter broadcasting. Its positioning is strongest for small organizations that want email, SMS and developer-oriented delivery options in one service.

The published plans create a clear progression, although the available Pro configuration is volume-based. The 30-day Trial plan includes a drag-and-drop builder, newsletter templates and basic analytics, with Mailpro branding and a watermark. Pro adds advanced automations and segmentation, API and SMTP access, an own domain and phone support; the lowest visible volume shows 1,000 emails per month, with a starting price of 15. Flex uses pay-as-you-go credits, removes the watermark, adds SPF, DKIM and DMARC tools, and lets credits remain available without expiring. Teams should compare expected sending volume with the available configuration before committing.

Mailpro also fits organizations working across common nonprofit systems. Listed integrations include Zapier, Salesforce, Gravity Forms, PayPal, Google Contacts, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress, alongside PrestaShop, ClickFunnels and Dropbox. The platform says customer data is hosted in Switzerland and supports GDPR-aligned processes, while paid plans include email and phone support. Choose Mailpro if your team values automation, segmentation, SMS, integrations and API delivery. Organizations seeking landing pages, a higher included sending allowance, or a simpler newsletter-only tool may prefer a more focused alternative.
