MailBigFile is a web-based service for sending and receiving large files, with plans for individuals and businesses. The Free plan supports files up to 2GB, while the Business plan raises that limit to 100GB and supports both sending and receiving. Password protection and ZIP uploads address practical delivery needs, and the service is available on the web and iOS. It is best suited to small businesses that need tracked file delivery or branded ways to receive files; people who need broad integrations or a desktop app should look elsewhere.

The plans scale file size, availability, download limits and storage. Free allows 20 downloads per file and keeps files for 10 days. Pro raises the transfer limit to 4GB, keeps files for up to 28 days, allows 50 downloads, and adds 1GB of permanent storage and file tracking. Business Lite supports transfers up to 5GB, 30-day availability, 50 downloads and 3GB of permanent storage, plus a custom URL and branding. Business allows transfers up to 100GB, 60-day availability, 100 downloads and 10GB of permanent storage, with custom URLs and branding. Paid business features are more relevant when delivery needs extend beyond one-off transfers.

Tracking of upload and download activity, password protection and SSL/AES encryption support controlled file delivery. Business plans add custom colors and logos, custom URLs and receive pages; optional FTP integration is also available. The integration footprint is narrow, with FTP the listed integration, so MailBigFile is a focused transfer service rather than a broad connected workspace. Support channels include email and documentation. Choose it when file-size limits, tracking, storage or branded receiving pages fit the workflow; avoid it if a desktop app or a wider integration ecosystem is essential.
