Our verdict on Mail.ee
Mail.ee is a personal email service operated by SIA INBOKSS for solo users and small teams that want substantial mailbox storage without advertising in mail and applications. The Free plan includes 20 GB of mailbox storage, up to 300 emails per day, one alias, IMAP/POP3/SMTP access and webmail. Android and iOS apps add offline mobile access, while email filtering, folders, labels, calendar access, file storage and sharing round out the core feature set.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. The Free plan provides the basic mailbox at no cost, and registered users receive a one-off 30-day Premium trial. Premium 150 GB costs €1.99 per month, €15.99 per year or €34.99 per 3 years. Premium 300 GB costs €4.99 per month, €25.99 per year or €45.99 per 3 years. Premium 1 TB costs €8.99 per month. Paid plans include ad-free mail and applications, five aliases, unlimited email delivery per day, file storage and photo storage. Prices include local VAT.
Mail.ee fits people who prioritize storage, familiar email protocols and a low monthly cost over a broader business platform. Its 50 MB attachment limit is useful for larger messages, and GDPR compliance is a relevant consideration for users in Europe. The personal service does not support custom domains, so it is less suitable for branded addresses; the vendor separately advertises business email for that use case. Support is provided through documentation, and the listed offering does not define integrations as a central strength. Choose Mail.ee for affordable personal email across web and mobile, and consider an alternative if custom domains, extensive integrations or broader support channels are essential.
