Our verdict on Lumor
Lumor is an AI-powered user research platform for product managers, marketers, researchers, and UX designers. It turns natural-language descriptions into survey drafts, supports visual branching and conditional paths, and collects responses through web links, email, WhatsApp, QR codes, and embeds. Teams can also recruit respondents through a global panel, analyze results with AI themes and summaries, and export responses in CSV or XLSX formats. Its roles, comments, and sharing features make it suited to collaborative research teams.
The free plan provides one workspace, one user, three studies per month, 100 responses per month, two AI reports per study, and 256 MB of storage. Starter costs $1,188 per year or $129 per month, with three users, eight studies per month, 1,200 responses per month, panel recruitment, branding removal, and email support. Business costs $4,788 per year or $519 per month and adds 15 users, three workspaces, 20 studies per month, 10,000 responses per month, API integrations, and chat and video support. Enterprise includes unlimited everything, a dedicated CSM and SLA, and custom onboarding and proof of concept.
Lumor’s strongest distinction is the breadth of its AI-assisted research workflow: survey generation, response analysis, reports, dashboards, and data chat sit alongside quotas and advanced logic. Integrations include Slack, Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, calendar connections, team chat, docs, and spreadsheets, while platform access is through web and API. The product fits teams that need panel targeting, collaborative studies, and higher-volume research in one service. Smaller teams with occasional surveys may find the paid tiers difficult to justify, and organizations requiring Lumor itself to hold SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certification should choose an alternative.
