Lumen NaaS is a programmable connectivity service for organizations that need to provision internet, private network and multicloud links. Lumen Connect portal management and API-driven controls support self-service provisioning, bandwidth changes and service visibility. Its listed customer fit spans small businesses through enterprise teams, with bandwidth needs ranging from lighter web applications to high-traffic applications. For buyers seeking on-demand network capacity rather than a standalone secure-access or firewall platform, that focus is central to the offer.

According to the vendor's listed hourly plans, rates begin at $0.30 per hour for Backup - 1 Mbps, intended for backup connectivity and operational redundancy. Internet On-Demand plans include 50 Mbps at $0.37 per hour and 100 Mbps at $0.47 per hour, both positioned for small businesses and lighter web applications. The 1 Gbps plan is $1.06 per hour for medium to large businesses and full-fidelity web applications; 10 Gbps is $3.93 per hour for large businesses and high-traffic applications. Listed hourly rates apply to eligible U.S. business customers with a NaaS-enabled Fabric Port, and exclude taxes and fees. Term-based monthly pricing is available by contacting Lumen.

The platform includes Private Ethernet, VPN and cloud connections, with Multi-Cloud Gateway and Cloud Interconnect among its offerings. Named cloud integrations are Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud. Bandwidth can scale up to 100 Gbps, and the service provides network performance, usage and cost visibility. Integrated security and optional DDoS protection are included in the positioning, but this is not presented as a network firewall or secure-access platform. Choose Lumen NaaS for programmable connectivity across internet, private links and cloud environments; consider another category of product if access security or firewall controls are the primary requirement.
