Logib review
A focused, free pay-equity analysis tool with reporting and function evaluation.

Logib is a free web-based equal-pay analysis tool from the Federal Office for Gender Equality. It is designed for employers and organisations that need a standalone way to examine gender pay equality and support function-based, gender-neutral pay structures. Module 1 uses multiple regression analysis for medium-sized and large organisations, while Module 2 evaluates functions and employee characteristics for smaller and medium-sized organisations. A separate pay-system application supports the organisation of function-based pay structures.
Its strongest advantage is the breadth of analysis and reporting available without a paid tier. Logib can produce gender pay-gap analyses, interpretations, reports, charts and tables. Excel data-sheet import and export support preparation and reuse of analysis data, while PDF summary export provides a shareable reporting format. Module 1 adds multiple regression analysis, and Module 2 adds function evaluation, giving the tool distinct paths for different organisational sizes and analytical needs. Browser-session data deletion also means entered data is not retained after the session ends unless it is exported.
Logib is a good fit for organisations seeking a focused analysis tool rather than an integrated pay-equity workflow. Its web-only delivery and lack of HRIS connectors make it less suitable for teams that want direct links to workforce systems or connected data processes. The product also does not include adjustment modeling or scenario modeling, so users needing to evaluate proposed pay changes may require another approach. Choose Logib for free gender-pay analysis, function evaluation and report generation; look elsewhere for integrations, adjustment workflows or broader platform capabilities.
