Its stated use cases include courier, retail, food, healthcare, furniture, field-service, and other delivery operations, making it relevant to organizations managing more than a basic dispatch workflow. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support office teams, drivers, customers, and connected business systems.
Pricing is structured around a paid Platform plan and an Enterprise plan.
