Tenant and landlord apps, maintenance tickets, work orders, inspections, documents, e-signatures, reports, CSV exports and developer API access extend the platform beyond core lease administration. It suits small, mid-market and enterprise teams, with pricing based on portfolio size rather than per unit; portfolios under 70 units are priced individually.
The plan structure separates core leasing from financial and branding capabilities. Starter costs ZAR 6,916 per month and includes leasing, tenant onboarding, a tenant app, rent invoicing and in-app messaging. Growth costs ZAR 14,490 per month and adds white-label branding and a custom domain, online payments and reconciliation, an owner portal, trust accounting, a branded rentals site, documents and e-signature.
