Listly is a no-code web data extraction platform for marketers, e-commerce operators, researchers, analysts, and teams. Its browser extension collects structured information from web pages and exports it to Excel or Google Sheets. The product supports selected-element extraction, linked detail-page extraction, multi-tab workflows, load-more actions, auto-scroll, auto-click, auto-login, and proxy servers. It is available through the web, a Chrome extension, and an API, with both local browser execution and server-side execution for repeated or scheduled collection.
The plan structure moves from basic collection to broader extraction workflows. Free includes basic extraction, Excel download, Google Sheets export, image download, and self-service support. Light costs $25 per month billed annually or $30 per month billed monthly, adding unlimited basic extraction, deep extraction, load-more data, multi-tab extraction, and Databoard. Business costs $75 per month billed annually or $90 per month billed monthly, adding URL group extraction, scheduled extraction, auto-scroll and auto-click, ActionScript, API access in beta, and a datacenter proxy. Enterprise adds unlimited users, unlimited basic and advanced extraction, a dedicated server, custom domain, and admin functions.
Listly fits teams that need repeatable browser extraction without writing code, particularly when exports, linked pages, scheduling, or multi-tab collection matter. Google Sheets is the named integration, while CSV and JSON API formats support downstream workflows. The product is more narrowly focused than a general browser automation platform: its strongest capabilities organize around collecting web data rather than broad application control. Buyers needing server-side schedules, grouped URLs, or proxy support should consider Business, while lighter one-off collection can start with Free or Light. Teams wanting extensive non-extraction automation may prefer a broader browser automation tool.
