Our verdict on Listed
Listed is a free blogging platform for writers who keep their material in Standard Notes and want to publish selected notes as a public journal. It supports public posts, private links, updates, unpublishing, subscriber email, guestbook comments, and blog customization. Solo writers and small teams who already work in Standard Notes are the clearest fit, especially when a simple publishing flow matters more than a broad blogging ecosystem.
The platform's free plan centers on creating a public journal through Standard Notes and publishing notes to a Listed blog. Publishing controls include custom post dates, canonical URLs, custom paths, meta descriptions, and custom CSS themes. Authors can also collect email subscribers and receive reader comments through the guestbook. Listed is delivered through the web, supports custom domains, and uses Standard Notes as its stated integration, keeping the product focused rather than broadly connected.
That focus also defines its limits. Listed does not provide verified analytics or scheduling, and its integration scope is limited to Standard Notes. More importantly, Standard Notes has announced that Listed will permanently shut down on December 31, 2026; published data will remain in users' Standard Notes accounts until then. Choose Listed for a free public blog tied closely to Standard Notes and its current publishing features. Choose an alternative if you need long-term availability, wider integrations, scheduling, or analytics.
