Limagito File Mover is an installed Windows-based managed file transfer tool for organizations that need to automate copying, moving, deleting, transforming and delivering files. Rules, schedules and filters can direct transfers among local folders, network drives, cloud destinations and business applications. It is aimed at Windows teams managing recurring file flows, rather than people who mainly need to send recipients a shareable download link.

Its feature set centers on operational control: files and directories can be filtered and renamed, and the software can run as a Windows service for unattended transfers. Supported connections include SFTP, FTP, FTPS, WebDAV, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Azure Blob Storage, Amazon S3, Google Drive, Dropbox and SQL databases. PGP encryption, signing and decryption, ZIP and UNZIP processing, SQL data retrieval and updates, and a browser-based Web Remote Client extend the workflow beyond basic copying. This breadth suits teams moving files between systems, though its installed, Windows-centered approach is less suitable when a hosted, recipient-facing transfer service is the priority.

The pricing page lists Lite+ as a free license for a single task. Single+ costs €285 one time for a single installation with a fixed hostname, unlimited transfer tasks and one year of updates. Site+ costs €665 one time for multiple installations at one physical site, unlimited tasks and one year of updates. Corporate+ costs €1,335 one time for multiple installations at up to five physical sites, unlimited tasks and three years of updates. These tiers make installation scope and update period key buying considerations; the pricing page also states that electronically distributed software is non-refundable. Choose Limagito when scheduled, rule-driven transfers and system connections matter. Look elsewhere if the core need is link sharing for external recipients.
