Lightning Proxies ISP Proxies provides dedicated static residential IP addresses hosted on datacenter infrastructure. It targets ecommerce monitoring, account management, market research and brand protection workflows that need a persistent address. HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5 support, unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads support concurrent traffic, while country selection spans 20+ countries. Persistent IPs remain in place for the subscription duration. The service is offered through a web dashboard, API and Chrome extension, with cloud and browser-extension deployment options.
The ISP Proxies plan is paid and starts at $4 USD per IP. It bundles dedicated static residential IPs, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited threads, and HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols. The dashboard allows customers to choose countries and subscription durations; advertised totals vary with IP count and duration. There is no free plan, so access begins with a paid allocation. A two-day refund period provides a short window to assess routing and workflow fit before a longer commitment.
Authentication supports username/password and IP whitelisting, giving teams two documented connection methods. The developer API includes code examples, while the web interface and Chrome extension provide browser-oriented access. This combination suits small, mid-market and enterprise teams seeking straightforward dedicated ISP deployments with persistent addresses. Buyers needing integrations beyond the documented web, API and extension options may require additional integration work. The short refund period also makes the service less suitable for evaluation programs that need extended approval or testing cycles.
