Our verdict on Letman
Letman is cloud-based property management software for residential letting agents and property-management businesses operating in Ireland. Its core scope covers lease and tenancy administration, including renewals, amendments and rent reviews, alongside client rent accounting, balance-sheet views, reporting, document storage and electronic money transfer. Agencies can manage landlord, property, tenant and lease records, while the MyLetman portal gives landlords and tenants secure access to rental account history, statements, documents and account-change notifications. Web, iOS and Android access support teams working across the office and field.
The strongest fit is an agency that needs detailed tenancy administration rather than a narrow rent ledger. Letman includes overdue rent, inspection and portfolio reports, SEPA payment files for landlords and suppliers, diary and issue tracking, and an Automatic Letting List Export API. These features connect day-to-day lease work with accounting, reporting and data-export workflows. The portal is a useful extension for client and tenant access, but it is separately priced at €0.60 per managed unit per month, so agencies should include that add-on when comparing total costs.
Pricing is paid monthly and listed ex VAT. Package 1 starts at €250 per month, while Packages 2 through 5 are priced at €350, €450, €550 and €650 per month; each published highlight set includes lease administration, client rent accounting modules and email support. Package 6 is also available, and its published highlights include those same capabilities. There is no free plan. Letman makes sense for larger agencies that value broad administration, accounting and reporting in one system; smaller operators or teams seeking a lower-cost entry point may prefer a simpler product.
