Our verdict on LetHub
LetHub is a leasing automation platform for property management teams that need to capture rental leads, qualify prospects, schedule showings and automate follow-up. Its workflow covers web chat, SMS, email and phone communications, agent-led and self-guided showings, identity verification, feedback collection, reporting, rental-application links and e-signed leases. It is best suited to leasing teams that want scheduling and AI communications in one system, rather than a narrow showing calendar.
Pricing starts with a Platform minimum of $199 per month, with pricing based on units managed or active on-market listings. The published plans also show a 12-month contract billed monthly. The AI Voice Agent costs $49 per month and answers calls, qualifies renters and books showings. Digital lockboxes cost $85 per box and provide one-time codes for ID-verified renters. The paid structure is straightforward, but teams should account for add-ons when planning self-guided tours or phone-based automation.
LetHub’s ecosystem fit is a notable strength.
