It brings client and property records, recurring job scheduling, estimates, PDF invoicing, payments, expenses, mileage, tax tracking, and route optimization into one product. The Free plan covers core scheduling, clients and properties, basic invoicing and estimates, expense tracking, and time and mileage tracking. It runs on iOS, macOS, and Android, with offline operation and optional iCloud backup for Apple devices.
Pricing is structured around increasing operational depth. The Free plan costs $0 forever, while Pro costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year and adds unlimited clients and jobs, advanced invoicing, route optimization, reports and analytics, plus QuickBooks and Xero exports.
