Laraware Analytics is the analytics component of Laraware’s ecommerce platform, built for retailers and direct-to-consumer brands tracking order-based performance. It calculates retention by customers’ first-order month, customer lifetime value, contribution margin per order and product, and checkout funnel drop-off. Reports can be filtered by channel, product, cohort month and region, then recalculated from source orders. The product runs on the web, offers an API, and is particularly suited to ecommerce operators who need first-order cohort visibility alongside store operations.
Pricing is paid-only, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. Starter costs $29 per month or $23 per month on annual billing and includes a hosted storefront with SSL, drag-and-drop theme editing, unlimited orders, abandoned-cart recovery, and discounts and coupons. Growth is $79 monthly or $63 annually, adding multi-location inventory, an automated returns portal, advanced analytics and cohorts, a full REST API and webhooks, and a dedicated migration engineer. Scale costs $199 monthly or $159 annually, adding B2B price lists and net terms, multi-store management, custom checkout scripts, priority support with an SLA, and SAML single sign-on.
Commerce integrations include Authorize.net, Google Merchant Center, Klarna, Klaviyo, Meta, PayPal, QuickBooks, ShipStation, Stripe, TaxJar and USPS. Growth’s REST API and webhooks support connected workflows, while raw rows can be exported to a warehouse or spreadsheet; warehouse import is not provided. The focus is narrow but practical: first-order retention, margin and funnel analysis from actual orders. Choose it if those measures fit your operating model and you want them within a broader ecommerce platform. Look elsewhere if revenue-based or behavioral cohorts, lifecycle reporting, or analytics independent of Laraware’s storefront context are central requirements.

- Raw exports plus source-order recalculation without sampling
- Where it doesn't
- Cohorts are limited to customers’ first-order month
- Revenue and behavioral cohort reports are not included
- Cohort analytics starts at Growth, not Starter
