Labeljoy review
A focused Windows label designer for teams linking barcode layouts to business data.

Labeljoy is Windows software for designing and printing barcode labels, QR codes, price tags, shipping labels, badges, cards, and other print layouts. It is aimed at teams that need database-linked labels rather than a basic static barcode generator. Its WYSIWYG interface supports text, images, barcodes, counters, graphics, standard label formats, and roll printers. Linear and 2D barcode generation, QR code export, and support for JPG, PNG, PDF, and Labeljoy Reader files cover common production and sharing needs.
Its strongest fit is data-driven printing. Labeljoy connects with Excel, Access, Outlook, SQLite, CSV, TXT, SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle, while linked fields can update dynamically from connected data. Numeric and alphanumeric incremental counters support sequential labeling, and batch printing helps with repeated jobs. Command-line print and export automation adds a practical route for recurring workflows. These capabilities make it more suitable for inventory, shipping, pricing, and operational labeling than for occasional one-off designs.
Licensing offers three deployment paths. Flex uses subscription billing, with monthly or annual billing, up to 20 seats per license, and Care+ included. Business uses a perpetual license for up to 12 workstations, includes one year of Care+, and is designed for SMBs. Enterprise runs natively on Windows Server, supports 25+ users, allows expandable user capacity, and includes one year of Care+. Labeljoy is a strong choice for Windows-based teams that need external data connections and repeatable label production. Teams requiring macOS or Linux support, a free plan, or an API-centered automation model should look for a different fit.
