A recognition-led engagement platform with a free plan and predictive culture analytics.

Kudosky is an employee engagement platform for teams that want recognition, rewards and employee feedback in one place. Its feature set combines peer-to-peer recognition tied to company values, points and a rewards catalog, daily mood ratings, pulse feedback, eNPS and deeper surveys. Culture analytics cover mood, participation and loyalty, while leadership dashboards provide summaries and recommendations. The product is particularly suited to small teams that want a free recognition-led starting point, as well as organizations already working in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
The Free plan is designed for companies with 1–10 employees and includes recognition and rewards, a points and rewards catalog, surveys and pulse checks, eNPS, day ratings, and analytics and reporting. Team covers companies with 11–50 employees, Growth covers 51–100, Scale covers 101–250, and Enterprise covers 251 or more. These paid tiers retain recognition, surveys, and analytics while adding mobile access and KAIA Insights. Larger-team pricing is request-based, so the plan structure is clearer than the cost comparison. A 14-day trial is also advertised.
Kudosky’s main point of distinction is the combination of engagement signals and AI-assisted interpretation. KAIA analyzes mood, feedback and recognition signals, detects risks, and suggests actions for managers. The platform also lists Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, Gmail, Outlook, Power BI and Excel integrations. Teams seeking recognition, pulse feedback and predictive analytics should find the scope relevant. Organizations that need published pricing for larger plans or a platform centered on functionality beyond engagement signals may prefer to compare alternatives.
