Klennet Recovery is DIY data recovery software for Windows 10 and later. It is aimed at professionals and other users working with physical disks, partitions, RAID arrays, disk images, NAS storage, USB 2.0 thumb drives, and SD cards. Its filesystem coverage spans FAT16, FAT32, exFAT, NTFS, HFS+, APFS, BTRFS, EXT, F2FS, XFS, and ZFS, giving it a broad remit for mixed storage environments. Recovery is directed to a separate destination, with file previews and validation available during the process.

The standout area is advanced storage analysis. Klennet Recovery supports RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 5, along with metadata reading for DDF, LDM, MD-RAID, LVM2, and Synology write-back NVMe cache. RAID block-size and disk-order analysis can help with arrays whose structure needs closer examination. The software also creates and reads raw, VHD, and VHDX disk images, while SMART and NVMe diagnostic views add device-level information. These capabilities make it a focused option for recovery work that goes beyond straightforward deleted-file scanning.

Pricing is a significant consideration. Klennet Recovery Personal costs $399 one time for personal use, while Klennet Recovery Commercial costs $899 one time for commercial use. Licenses cover versions released within one year of purchase and can then be used indefinitely; additional taxes may apply by region. The evaluation version includes the licensed version's functions but does not copy files out. Choose Klennet Recovery if filesystem breadth, RAID handling, imaging, validation, and diagnostics matter more than a low entry price. Users needing macOS or another operating system, or a simpler recovery workflow, should look elsewhere.
