Kledo is cloud-based accounting software for businesses, including small and medium-sized companies. It brings together sales invoices, purchase orders, expense recording, inventory, fixed-asset depreciation and financial reporting. Its Free plan covers expense monitoring, sales and purchasing, cash and bank balances, and reports, making it a fit for smaller firms that want core accounting without a monthly charge. Teams that need stock controls across warehouses should look at the paid plans rather than assume the free tier includes the full inventory feature set.
Inventory and accounting capabilities are closely connected: Kledo supports stock takes and multiple warehouses, bank transaction reconciliation, automatic fixed-asset depreciation, and profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports. Employees and accountants can have role-based access rights, and invoice, purchase order and product data can be imported from Excel. The product runs on web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with an API also available. Integrations include BCA Bank, Shopee, Tokopedia, Kledo POS, Xendit and Midtrans, a targeted set for businesses working with those services rather than a broad ecosystem claim.
The published plans show a free tier and paid tiers with different capabilities. Pro adds stock management, fixed assets, multi-warehouse inventory and automatic backup; Elite adds simple manufacturing, product unit conversion and tiered pricing, while custom invoice templates and marketplace connections are add-ons. Champion adds advanced manufacturing, multi-currency, budgeting, subsidiary consolidation and SSO. A 14-day free trial is offered. Kledo suits small firms looking for an accessible accounting base and inventory controls as needs grow; businesses requiring manufacturing depth, multi-currency or subsidiary consolidation should assess whether those higher-tier capabilities fit their requirements.
