Klasstra is a cloud-based school and college management ERP for K-12 schools, colleges, universities, vocational centers, and educational groups. It brings together student profiles, admissions, attendance, grading, examinations, fees, parent communication, staff administration, reporting, transport, library, hostel, and inventory modules. Its operational breadth makes it a fit for schools that want one system across academic, administrative, and campus workflows, particularly multi-campus organizations.
The plan structure scales by student capacity and operational depth. Starter costs ₹9,999 per year for up to 300 students and includes student information, parent management, attendance, timetables, homework, study materials, report cards, and a parent mobile app. Growth costs ₹19,999 per year for up to 700 students, adding fee collection, automated receipts, expense management, payroll, online examinations, auto-grading, and parent, admin, and teacher apps. Professional costs ₹39,999 per year for up to 1,500 students and adds admissions CRM, approval workflows, transport with live bus GPS, physical library and hostel management, REST API, and Google/Microsoft SSO. Enterprise includes unlimited students, unlimited campuses, custom modules and integrations, an AI analytics module, and an enterprise SLA. A 21-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
