KindLink is an online fundraising and nonprofit CRM platform for registered charities, nonprofits and CICs. It brings personal peer-to-peer pages, team campaigns, donation collection, donor records, campaign history, events, pledges and impact reporting into one system. The product is especially suited to UK organisations that want Gift Aid support alongside fundraising pages and a central supporter database.
Its pricing is accessible for smaller organisations. The Free plan includes online fundraising and peer-to-peer pages, one-off and recurring donations, supporter and donor CRM, Gift Aid recording with report export, and pledge management. Premium costs £25 per month or £240 per year and adds website donation embeds, customisable forms, automated Gift Aid submission to HMRC, event payments and management, multi-user access, and live chat support. Expert costs £45 per month or £432 per year and adds UK Direct Debit, collection in 135+ currencies, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless fundraising through the KindLink app, and a dedicated account manager.
