KinderCloud is childcare management software for Canadian centres, serving directors, educators, and families. It combines child profiles, enrollment and waitlist management, attendance, billing, parent messaging, daily reports, curriculum planning, developmental milestones, health and safety records, analytics, and subsidy reporting. Child profiles can include medical information, allergies, dietary restrictions, immunizations, and room assignments. The platform is available through the web, with iOS and Android apps on higher-tier plans.
Its strongest fit is for centres that want care documentation and family communication alongside administration. Daily reports can cover meals, naps, mood, activities, photos, and infant care, while health and safety records support incidents, medications, illness, immunizations, and pickup authorization. Attendance includes QR scanning and GPS geofencing. Parent messaging adds real-time chat, typing indicators, read receipts, and push notifications.
