KeysBlu is a cloud-based rental-management system for party and event rental businesses handling tables, chairs, linens, inflatables, tents, lighting, and other inventory. It combines quantity and availability tracking with online booking, quote conversion, digital agreements, deposits, payments, delivery and pickup scheduling, crew assignment, return tracking, and damage documentation. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support both office workflows and event-day operations. Its strongest fit is a rental company managing substantial inventory across multiple locations rather than a small operator seeking a lightweight booking calendar.
Pricing is structured by location and billed monthly. Starter costs $199 per location per month and includes the online booking funnel, dynamic rate engine, digital agreements and e-signature, KeyTransact payments and refunds, timestamped damage photos, and email and chat support. Growth costs $349 per location per month and adds unlimited fleet size, multi-brand accounts, REST API and webhooks, booking attempt and conversion reports, and an onboarding call.
