Keyhold is web-based property management software for self-managing landlords and small property managers handling 1–50 units. It brings rent collection, payment status tracking, maintenance requests, lease records, signed PDF storage, tenant messaging, and a tenant portal into one workspace. The Free plan supports up to four units and includes Stripe rent collection, maintenance requests with photo attachments, lease tracking, PDF storage, and tenant communication. That makes Keyhold a practical fit for landlords moving away from spreadsheets, payment-app requests, and maintenance text threads.

The product’s strongest advantage is its focused rent and tenant workflow. Stripe checkout links can be emailed monthly, while automatic paid, pending, and overdue statuses provide a clear view of payment progress. Tenants can access payments, submit maintenance requests, attach photos, and communicate through the portal. Property, unit, tenant, rent amount, and due-date records add structure without requiring a broad property-management suite.
