Kenjo is workforce management and HR software for small and growing businesses, particularly teams with deskless or shift-based employees. It brings employee profiles, time-off requests, attendance, time tracking, shift planning, document management, onboarding, performance reviews, recruiting, payroll preparation, reporting, and employee communications into one system. Employees can use web and mobile access to clock in, request leave, view shifts, access documents, and receive notifications, while managers administer HR processes through the web application.

Kenjo is a paid product with a 14-day trial and no free plan. The published plans are Starter, Growth, and Connect. Starter includes payroll management, shift planning, standard workflows, document management, reporting, and 360° performance reviews. Growth adds a kiosk app, e-signature, advanced workflows, onboarding and offboarding, multi-office management, and BI reports. Connect adds a training tracker, bulk operations, APIs and integrations, labour-law non-compliance alerts, advanced time-tracking automations, and shift templates with availability. Monthly and annual billing are available, with a 10% annual-billing discount; Connect requires contacting sales.

Its main strength is breadth for organizations that need HR administration alongside operational workforce tools. Attendance can be handled through the web, mobile app, or kiosk, and shift planning includes employee availability submission. The higher tiers extend the system toward multi-office operations, analytics, integrations, and more advanced automation. That makes Kenjo a fit for growing teams that want recruiting, scheduling, records, and payroll preparation together. Teams seeking only basic employee records or leave tracking may find the wider scope unnecessary and should consider a more focused HR tool instead.
