Keka review
A broad HR platform with hiring tools, but pricing requires a sales conversation.

Keka is a cloud-based HR platform for growing organizations that need more than candidate tracking alone. It combines centralized employee profiles, document management, onboarding workflows, leave and attendance, payroll, expenses, performance management, hiring, and employee self-service. Employees and managers can access tasks, approvals, attendance, leave requests, payslips, and employee information through web, iOS, and Android applications. APIs support connections with identity, accounting, collaboration, and recruiting workflows.
Pricing is contact-sales, with three published plans. Foundation covers core HR and employee profiles, onboarding, leave and attendance, payroll and expenses, plus employee self-service and a mobile app. Strength includes Foundation features and adds advanced onboarding and employee lifecycle tools, custom reports, learning management, and Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations. Pro adds job and requisition management, custom hiring stages, AI-assisted job descriptions, an internal job board, and employee referrals. There is no free plan, and the plans do not present published amounts.
Keka’s main advantage is breadth: teams can manage employee records, documents, time, payroll, expenses, performance, learning, and hiring in one product. Its ecosystem includes Azure AD, SSO, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, Naukri, Gmail, Outlook, accounting applications, and an API. For candidate experience specifically, the available tools center on requisitions, hiring stages, job descriptions, internal mobility, and referrals rather than a standalone recruiting focus. Organizations seeking broader HR administration should consider Keka; teams looking primarily for specialized candidate-experience functionality may want a more recruitment-centered product.
