Keelstar is an operational workflow platform with an Invoice Approval product for finance and accounts payable teams. Small teams that need straightforward approval tracking can use it to connect invoice decisions with vendor-compliance checks such as missing W-9s, expired certificates of insurance, or failed screening results.
Pricing is structured around a freemium entry point and monitored workflows. Free tools cost $0 as a one-time option, require no account, produce results in the browser, and provide private, signed share links with the option to upgrade to monitoring. The Team plan costs $49 USD per workflow per month and adds one fully monitored application, reminders before every deadline, audit trail and version history, role-based permissions, and exports on demand.
