KashFlow is cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting software for UK sole traders, contractors, small businesses and growing companies. It combines connected bank feeds, transaction reconciliation, invoicing, receipt capture, VAT management, reporting, stock control and accountant collaboration. Access is available through the web, iOS and Android apps, with an API for third-party connections.
Pricing is split between Starter and Business plans. Starter costs £13.50 per month or £162 per year and includes bank feeds, VAT management and submission, a free mobile app, receipt capture, over 50 reports and a customisable dashboard. Business costs £27.50 per month or £291.50 per year and adds multi-user access and multi-currency to the listed features. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The plans also differ by users, invoice capacity and bank-transaction reconciliation limits.
KashFlow is a fit for businesses that need UK VAT workflows alongside inventory tracking, invoicing and accountant access. Its feature set covers recurring invoices, payment reminders, profit and loss reporting, stock control and self-assessment reporting, while integrations include Zapier, IRIS Pay, payment providers and third-party apps through the API. The platform suits organisations that want bookkeeping, VAT and stock processes in one system. Businesses seeking a free product, or needing multi-currency without the Business plan, should look elsewhere.
