KaryaFlow is cloud-based field service management software for Indian appliance repair and service centers. It is designed for owner-led and technician-led teams that turn calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website leads, repeat customers and CRM imports into tracked jobs. The workflow covers technician assignment, mobile job cards, work status, appliance and warranty context, spare-parts tracking, expenses, payment status, customer signatures and GST-ready billing. Web and API access support office operations and connected workflows.

The plan structure adds capability as operational complexity grows. Starter includes jobs, attendance, customers, expenses, a technician mobile app and GST-ready billing workflows. Growth adds live tracking, route history, geofences, attendance controls, inventory and job operations. Business adds advanced reporting, admin controls, a larger active-user allowance and priority implementation support. Enterprise includes custom onboarding scope, sales-confirmed commercial terms and optional partner-led support. KaryaFlow is prepaid, sold in flat packages with active-user caps rather than per-user billing, and excludes 18% GST. A 14-day free trial is available.

Its strongest fit is a repair operation that needs field visibility and service documentation in one workflow. Google Maps, WhatsApp, Excel and CSV support practical connections around dispatch, enquiries and data exchange, while GPS tracking, geofence attendance and route history add control over technician activity. The trade-off is that teams seeking a simple job list may find the broader operational scope unnecessary, and feature availability depends on the selected plan and onboarding scope. Choose KaryaFlow for warranty, parts, attendance and GST-oriented appliance service operations; consider a narrower tool if those workflows are not central.

KaryaFlow pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Combines dispatch, mobile job cards, GPS attendance and work-order records
    • Tracks spare parts, warranty and AMC context alongside field jobs
    • Supports signatures, photos, payment status and GST-ready billing workflows
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; paid prepaid packages use active-user caps
    • Feature availability can vary by plan and onboarding scope
    • Advanced controls and implementation support require higher tiers
