Kamatera Cloud Servers provides configurable virtual servers for personal users, developers, startups, small and midsize businesses, SaaS providers, and enterprises. Customers can choose CPU, RAM, NVMe storage, operating systems, data-center locations, backups, managed services, firewalls, private networks, and load balancers. The service is available through a web management portal and REST API, with support for both Linux and Windows workloads. Monthly or hourly billing and a 30-day trial for one server suit teams that want flexible infrastructure choices.
The published plans start with Basic at $4 per server per month, including 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe SSD storage, 5 TB internet traffic, and Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS. Standard costs $25 per server per month and adds 2 vCPUs and 2 GB RAM while retaining 20 GB storage and 5 TB traffic. Pro costs $39 monthly, with 2 vCPUs and 4 GB RAM. The service also offers manual resource scaling, snapshots, backup options, and server cloning across data centers. Asia locations apply a 1 TB monthly quota to the $4 plan.
Infrastructure controls are a central strength: cloud load balancers, firewalls, private networks, and API-based management support more tailored deployments than a fixed server package. Integrations with CloudPanel, cPanel, CyberPanel, Plesk, Vesta Control Panel, CloudRon, ISPConfig, and Webmin broaden administration options. Kamatera lists 25 locations, alongside managed databases and premium support. Teams that need automatic scaling should look elsewhere, since scaling is manual. Buyers seeking a separately documented native object-storage service may also prefer an alternative; Kamatera provides object storage through deployable MinIO software.
