Its 13 integrated modules span time and attendance, hiring, HR, payroll, benefits, finance, student information, transportation, grants, substitute management, compliance and training. That breadth is relevant to mid-market and enterprise districts looking to connect administrative workflows rather than manage each in a separate product. Illinois districts have a particular fit: the platform advertises ISBE reporting and TRS, IMRF, SOPPA and BIPA workflows.
The operational scope extends from employee processes to district-wide planning. Time clocks can use geofencing, GPS, PIN or badge entry, while HR tools cover leave workflows, FMLA case management, hiring, interviews, background checks and onboarding.
