Judgify is a web-based platform for managing awards, contests, academic abstracts, nominations, and related events. It is aimed at organisers, event planners, corporations, associations, educational organisations, non-profits, marketers, judges, and participants. Its workflow covers entrant registration, configurable submission forms, judging rounds, scorecards, judge assignment, public voting, entry-fee collection, shortlisting, reporting, analytics, branding, conflict management, and winner selection.
Pricing is structured around a free plan and event-based paid access. The Basic plan includes 100 submissions per event, 5 categories, 5 MB file uploads, 1 private judging round, and self-serve support. Pro costs $699 per event as a one-time payment and raises capacity to 500 submissions, 25 categories, 50 MB files, 5 private judging rounds, and 1 public voting round. Pro Unlimited costs $2,399 per year and includes unlimited Pro events with the same per-event submission, category, file, judging-round, and voting limits. Pro and Pro Unlimited also carry an onboarding fee. Enterprise provides unlimited submissions, categories, private judging rounds, and public voting rounds, with 250 MB files.
