Jozu Hub is a private registry and governance platform for teams managing AI and machine-learning artifacts packaged as KitOps ModelKits. It stores and versions models, datasets, code, prompts, skills, MCP servers, configurations, and policies. Its audience is teams that need more control than basic artifact storage, particularly those securing packaged AI assets across development and self-hosted deployment environments.

Pricing is structured around a free Sandbox plan and a paid Enterprise plan. Sandbox includes unlimited public repositories, one private repository, 250 GB of storage, Hugging Face import, and community support through Discord. Enterprise adds self-hosting on-premises or in a private cloud, unlimited repositories and storage, custom security scanning and policies, support for your own registry and RBAC, and email and Slack support. The product is available through web and API access, with self-hosted deployment for Kubernetes environments. Integrations include GitHub Actions, GitLab, and MLflow. A two-week self-hosted trial is also offered.

The strongest fit comes from its security and governance depth. Jozu Hub can scan AI-specific vulnerability classes, attach signed attestations for scan results, provenance, and approvals, control artifact pulls through policies, and manage repository visibility, permissions, and RBAC. It also provides deployment status for models, agents, and MCP servers in self-hosted environments, plus rapid inference container generation at pull time. Teams that need private AI artifact management and deployment oversight should consider it; smaller teams needing several private repositories may outgrow Sandbox, while teams seeking open-source software should look elsewhere.

Jozu Hub pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • ModelKit version comparison and artifact diffing
    • Security scanning with signed provenance and approval attestations
    • Hosted SaaS plus self-hosted, private-cloud, and air-gapped deployment
  • Where it doesn't
    • Sandbox limits private repositories to one
    • Enterprise pricing is not publicly listed
    • Sandbox support is provided through Discord
