Jitsu is an open-source event pipeline and customer data platform for teams collecting behavioral data across websites, mobile applications, backend services, and other sources. It supports browser collection through HTML, React, and JavaScript libraries, mobile collection for Android and iOS, and server-to-server ingestion through HTTP APIs. Teams can route events to warehouses, analytics platforms, cloud services, and other destinations, while JavaScript functions support filtering, transformation, and enrichment.

Pricing gives smaller teams a low-cost entry point. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited captured events, 200,000 active events per month, unlimited destinations, and up to one daily active sync. Business costs $99 per month and includes 2 million active events per month, unlimited destinations, and up to five monthly active syncs. Enterprise adds custom active-event volume, unlimited monthly active syncs, and syncs as frequent as every minute. The open-source edition is free forever under the MIT license, supports deployment on any cloud provider, has no usage limits, and includes community support.

Its platform coverage is a strong fit for organizations that need one collection layer across web, mobile, APIs, and self-hosted infrastructure. Destinations and integrations include ClickHouse, Postgres, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL, MongoDB, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, Segment, and Webhook. Identity stitching connects anonymous and known-user events, while event backup and replay support configurable retention windows; paid plans default to 90 days, with documented 30- and 90-day options. Choose Jitsu for flexible routing and deployment control; teams wanting managed support or simpler event collection may prefer a narrower hosted tool.
