Our verdict on Jewelers Flow

Jewelers Flow is a mobile management app for jewelry retailers that need inventory, point-of-sale, customer records, repairs, layaways, special orders, payments, reporting, and tag printing in one system. It is designed for small and mid-market shops operating on iPhone or iPad. Inventory records can store SKUs, prices, quantities, locations, reorder levels, photos, and barcode or QR references. Customer profiles connect sales, layaways, orders, and repairs, while repair records cover intake through pickup with costs, deposits, status, and jeweler assignment.

The published plans are Basic at $149.99 per month and Premium at $199.99 per month, both billed monthly through Apple. Basic includes the full CRM for sales, inventory, and customers; layaways, special orders, and repairs; and support for up to 3 devices. Premium raises the limit to 6 devices and adds customer messaging, Gold & Silver Buy, and a jewelry and watch repair estimator. Both tiers support multi-item register tickets with discounts, taxes, and multiple payment types, plus reports covering sales, layaways, orders, repair payments, and returns.

Platform fit is central to the buying decision. Jewelers Flow syncs through Apple iCloud using CloudKit, supports offline work and backup features, and integrates with NIIMBOT printers and AirPrint for automatic hang tags containing SKUs and QR codes.
