Iperius Backup is Windows software for backing up computers, servers, virtual machines, databases, mail systems, and Microsoft 365 data. It suits Windows administrators who want one-time licensing alongside coverage for files, disks, cloud data, and business workloads. File and folder jobs support incremental and differential backups, while disk imaging, bare-metal restore, and disaster-recovery features address larger recovery scenarios.

The published plans show a free option and five one-time paid tiers. Basic costs 59 EUR and adds drive imaging, disk cloning, bare-metal restore, cloud backup, NAS, network, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and VSS open-file backup. Advanced DB costs 199 EUR and adds SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, LTO tape, and unlimited databases. Advanced 365 also costs 199 EUR, covering Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, PST backup, and granular restore. Advanced VM costs 219 EUR for VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, host-to-host replication, and individual-file restore. Full costs 299 EUR and combines the advanced capabilities with unlimited databases, virtual machines, and Microsoft 365 accounts.

Iperius fits environments that need varied backup destinations and recovery modes. It can target Amazon S3, Wasabi, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Azure Storage, Backblaze, Aruba Cloud, IBM Cloud, Iperius Storage, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, NAS, and tape. AES-256 encryption, scheduling, notifications, logs, file analysis, immutable backups, and air-gapped media add operational and ransomware-focused controls. The main boundary is platform coverage: Iperius is limited to Windows. Choose it for a Windows-centered estate with mixed workloads and perpetual licensing; organizations requiring broader operating-system coverage should look elsewhere.
