Our verdict on Invoicemart

Invoicemart is an online TReDS platform operated by A.TReDS Ltd. for MSME suppliers, corporate buyers and financiers in India. It digitizes invoice financing: suppliers upload invoices, buyers approve them, and participating banks and NBFCs bid to finance the resulting Factoring Units. Suppliers choose a bid, after which the financier pays the supplier and the buyer repays on the invoice’s original due date. The workflow suits organizations seeking a digital route to factoring rather than a lender that directly guarantees payment.

Its workflow covers both supplier-led and buyer-led financing. Suppliers can upload invoices and select a financier’s offer; buyers can approve invoices before bids are made. Bulk and automated bidding are available alongside bidding on individual Factoring Units. Reverse factoring lets a buyer upload invoices on a supplier’s behalf, and settlement processing runs through NPCI. Digital onboarding is provided for buyers, sellers and financiers. Invoicemart facilitates these transactions, but does not guarantee settlement or take settlement risk, so users should distinguish workflow coordination from a settlement guarantee.

Pricing is a contact-sales matter rather than a published software subscription. Financing costs vary by financier and transaction, and the FAQ also lists platform transaction charges.
