Invoicebus is a web-based invoicing service from IZEOS for freelancers, creative professionals, and small businesses. It creates and emails online invoices, supports card and PayPal payments through connected providers, tracks invoice activity, and records payments. Recurring invoices, subscription billing, reminders, customizable templates, multi-language and multi-currency invoicing, and exports make it suited to businesses that need more than one-off billing without a desktop application.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the published plans start with Van at $0.95 per month and include 2Checkout integration and basic customer support. Minibus adds unlimited documents, basic invoice templates, and manual payment reminders. Single-decker adds premium and custom templates, automatic reminders, recurring invoicing, and subscription billing, with some listings also including Stripe, 2Checkout, and PayPal integration. Double-decker includes those higher-tier capabilities plus API access and webhooks. A 30-day trial is available without requiring a credit card.

Invoicebus fits a narrow, practical workflow: create invoices in a browser, collect payments through Stripe, 2Checkout, or PayPal, monitor activity, and export records in XML, CSV, or XLS formats. Custom HTML/CSS templates and multi-currency support add flexibility for client-facing billing, while the web-only platform and three listed payment integrations keep its ecosystem focused. Choose it if low monthly cost, recurring billing, and straightforward payment collection matter most. Businesses needing a broader integration ecosystem or a native desktop or mobile experience should look elsewhere.
