Invoice Plus is a business management application for Australian tradespeople, contractors, freelancers and small businesses. It combines invoice creation and PDF export with quotes that can include site photos, expense tracking with receipt photos, client management, bookings, shift scheduling and on-site payment collection. Team-focused capabilities include GPS tracking and automated payslips, making it particularly relevant to field businesses that need more than standalone invoicing. It is available through a web app, a public iOS app and an Android closed test.
The free Basic plan covers 10 invoices per month, expense tracking, a basic client directory, offline use in mobile apps, cloud sync and team management. Pro costs AUD 14.99 per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited invoices, PDF and email invoices, a bookings calendar, cloud sync across devices, revenue reports and business branding on invoices. Business costs AUD 29.99 per month and adds unlimited team members, GPS team tracking, automated payslips and push notifications. A 7-day free trial is also offered. The plan structure makes Pro the natural step for businesses that outgrow the Basic invoice limit, while Business is aimed at larger teams.
Its strongest fit is the combination of scheduling, payments and field-team administration across web, iOS and Android. Cloud sync supports work across supported devices, and on-site payment collection can keep invoicing closer to the job. The main ecosystem connection is Xero CSV export, so businesses seeking a wider integration network may find the platform less suitable.
