Invofolio is a web-based billing workspace for freelancers, consultants, small studios, agencies, service teams, and small businesses that need to create invoices and monitor receivables. It supports quotations, client and project records, public invoice links, PDF exports, and payment records. Accepted quotations can be converted into invoices, and full or partial payments can be recorded against outstanding balances. The product is focused on billing workflows rather than full accounting or tax software, so it suits service businesses that want a narrower invoicing tool.

The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes 5 invoices per month, 2 clients, 1 project, all invoice templates, PDF preview and export, and public invoice links. Early Pro costs $5 per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited invoices and quotations, unlimited clients and projects, recurring invoice schedules, client defaults and custom fields, a multi-currency receivables dashboard, and payment records with partial payments. That makes the free tier useful for modest volume, while the paid tier is the relevant choice for recurring billing or growing records. Schedules can run weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Invofolio also covers the lifecycle around a bill: invoices can include due dates, discounts, taxes, and payment details; clients can view public invoice links and download PDFs; and the dashboard supports overdue invoice and receivables visibility. The key boundary is payment collection: online client payments are not available, so businesses need another way to receive funds. It runs on the web, with no stated mobile apps, and lacks expense and time tools. Choose it for straightforward invoicing, quotations, payment recording, and recurring schedules; look elsewhere if you need online checkout, expense or time tracking, or a full accounting system.
