InterMIND review
InterMIND brings live voice translation and multilingual meeting tools into one platform.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
InterMIND combines video meetings with AI translation for teams whose participants speak different languages. It translates spoken audio in real time across 23 languages, with translated subtitles and full transcripts; participants can also use multilingual chat, shared notes and recaps in each participant’s language. Alongside meetings, it offers document translation, screen sharing, recordings and persistent channels with searchable history. Guests can join by link without an account. Its broad feature set suits small teams that want live translation and meeting tools together, rather than a separate interpretation service.
The free Basic plan includes real-time meeting and text translation, screen sharing, cloud and local recording, and private translation infrastructure. Pro costs $10 per user per month with annual billing and adds 25 hours of real-time meeting translation, unlimited text translation, 10 document translations, unlimited meeting duration, audit logs and a 99.5% uptime SLA. Business is $30 per user per month with annual billing; it adds unlimited meeting translation, 30 document translations, OIDC single sign-on and dedicated live chat and video support. Enterprise offers custom terms and residency, 100 document translations, SSO and audit controls, and a Data Processing Addendum. A 14-day trial requires a card.
Calendar support includes Google Calendar and Microsoft 365/Outlook Calendar, while collaboration and ecosystem connections include Slack, Telegram, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zapier, REST API and webhooks, Claude and ChatGPT. Browser extensions for Chrome and Microsoft Edge are also supported, alongside web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android access. InterMIND fits teams prioritizing multilingual meetings and connected workflows; the 100-participant ceiling makes it a weaker fit for larger gatherings, and teams needing more than 25 hours of live translation must move beyond Pro.
