It is aimed at people who need to handle these case interactions online rather than at courts seeking a broader operational management suite.

The service covers a practical sequence of case tasks: users can see case numbers, charges, event dates and venues, request rescheduling, and ask for a hearing date from available dates. They can also retrieve case-related documents from an electronic case-file repository. Law firms may file on behalf of represented clients. These functions make ICMS relevant where access to case information and common applications is the priority; the published scope does not extend to jury management or a wider set of operational features.

ICMS is free, with certain application fees payable online by credit or debit card. It is web-based and access requires Singpass; law firms must also be registered for Corppass. Those identity requirements are central to onboarding, so prospective users should be ready to use the required accounts. Phone and email support are available, but support is not described as 24/7. Choose ICMS for online services tied to eligible Singapore criminal cases; it is not a fit for other jurisdictions or teams looking for a general-purpose court platform.
