InSearch is an AI enterprise search and work assistant for teams that want one search layer across company applications. It connects with Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Confluence, Gmail, Jira and Salesforce, then returns plain-language answers with citations to source documents. Support, sales, engineering, HR and operations teams can use source filters and contextual follow-up questions to narrow results. Read-only connections and permission-aware retrieval make it suited to organizations that want search without changing connected application content.

The published plans use annual billing. Team costs $20 per user per month and includes unified cross-app search, cited answers, permission-aware results and read-only connections. Business costs $32 per user per month and adds an AI work assistant for follow-up questions, SSO, usage analytics for admins and item-level permission controls. Scale costs $49 per user per month and adds advanced permissions, full audit logging, admin controls, role-based governance and priority support. Enterprise includes SSO and SCIM provisioning, a custom security review, a dedicated index, custom connectors and dedicated support. The listed prices are planned launch prices, and InSearch is not available for purchase today.

Platform coverage is the main boundary: InSearch is web-only, so teams looking for native desktop or mobile search should consider another option. Within its supported environment, continuous connector synchronization, semantic retrieval and hybrid ranking are paired with encrypted data in transit and at rest. The product fits mid-sized teams that value straightforward, cited search across a defined set of work apps and need permissions enforced at query time. Larger organizations may prefer Scale or Enterprise for governance and support, while teams requiring broader platform coverage or writable application workflows should look elsewhere.
